SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
It takes approximately 7-14 days to process your order (not including shipping times). I’m the only one packaging orders, please be patient with me. :)
All orders (except for original paintings) will be sent out as lettermail with no tracking number. This is to keep shipping prices as low as possible for you. Please contact me at jackiedroujko@gmail.com if you would like a tracked order instead,
RETURNS
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me at jackiedroujko@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order and I’ll try my best to make it right. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address to avoid parcels lost in transit.
